Shipping guidelines
Post Office Box Address: Due to carrier restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to P.O. Box addresses.
APO and FPO Address: Due to UPS and FedEx Restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to U.S. Military addresses such as APO and FPO.
International Addresses: Due to our manufacturer agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US with the exception of Alaska. We do however ship to Canada. If your address is in Canada we will forward you an additonal invoice for shipping. We usually use UPS for Canadian shipping. We charge you based on your ship to address and any and all additional customs, taxes, etc. is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
NOTE: Whenever you want a shipment to Canada it is strongly advised for you to email us prior to ordering shipping@satelliteradiowarehouse.com for a quick shipping quote.
Shipping Time Lines
95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock. Delivery time for UPS & FedEx ground is 3 to 6 business days.We will ship either carrier depending on where your located.
14 Day Return Policy
Since we are in business because of our customers, we try and resolve any problems or concerns that may develop during the purchase process. We want you to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through satelliteradiowarehouse.com and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:
satelliteradiowarehouse.com offers a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from satelliteradiowarehouse.com on an approved case by case basis provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX".satelliteradiowarehouse.com reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any merchandise returned. satelliteradiowarehouse.com will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”. Customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. satelliteradiowarehouse.com will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex. Customer will e-mail the tracking number to shipping@satelliteradiowarehouse.com within 24hrs of return pickup.
Due to various manufacturer restrictions and polices on merchandise returns, all sales are final on the following, but not limited to items. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for product repairs or replacements:
All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise all shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.
Receiving Incorrect Merchandise: Please email sales@satelliteradiowarehouse.com Please indicate in the “ANY ADDITITONAL INFORMATION” section the item code of the product you did receive. We will immediately take care of any miss-ships that are sent.
Defective or DOA Merchandise: In cases the item is defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but at the same time you have to realize that it is not our fault either if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our competitive low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you want to return a defective unit, for a refund the shipping and handling charges will be non refundable, and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or we can file a damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, You can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer. Please make sure to provide your order number. Before we reship or refund the claim with the courier must be resolved.
Cancellations
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders:
Most orders placed with us that are "in-stock" usually ship same day or next day. Because of this, satellteradiowarehouse.com does not guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order('s) with "in-stock" items. Email us at sales@satelliteradiowarehouse.com as soon as possible. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for "Backordered" Items:
Backordered items may ship at any time. Because of this, satelliteradiowarehouse.com does not guarantee cancellations on any orders containing back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation request for orders that have Backordered item’s by emails us at sales@satelliteradiowarehouse.com Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.
