POLICIES SHIPPING & RETURNS

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES

These terms & conditions apply to all sales made by Satellite Radio Warehouse.

All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.

Payment Information

  • If you would like to use your credit card, please do so through Paypal or Google.  Both are safe, secure, and easy to use.

  • All shipping addresses must be to a confirmed Paypal or Google address.  A confirmed Paypal or Google address is the billing address of the credit card being used.  If you must ship to an unconfirmed address, usually the only exception is to your place of work.  If that is the case, please include the name of the company and contact phone number.  All other unconfirmed addresses will de denied.  If your payment is denied, please re-submit payment through Paypal or Google with a confirmed address.  DO NOT BUY ANOTHER OF THE SAME ITEM.  You will be liable for payment on both of them.  We do not accept Paypal payments from Canadian Paypal customers.  Please do not ask, please do not buy if you are a Canadian user or Canadian Paypal customer.

  • No money orders from Canadian postal service is accepted.  All money orders/ cashiers checks must be in US dollars and complete.

SALES TAX: Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: MS* (7.000%). * Tax applies to subtotal + S&H for MS only

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Once we receive the order from you in our system, we start processing the order and it goes to our fulfillment department. In that department, the item is packed, labeled etc and it takes some time. It is not possible to cancel any item that is in the fulfillment process. Once everything is done we ship out the item ASAP.

  • We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.  We DO NOT ship to APO / FPO, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or international.  Sorry for any inconvenience, but this is company policy.
  • All orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after we receive payment.  Sometimes it takes more than 1 day.  We like to get orders out same day.  There is no guaranteed shipping day for your item.
  • When ordering an item with expedited shipping, such as FedEx 2 day air or overnight shipping, please realize that your item will be shipped in that manner.  This does not mean that you will get it in 2 days or next day.  We will try our best to get all orders out as fast as possible, but once again, there are no guarantees.
  • Once your item has shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to the email address you have supplied on file with us when you place your order.  Please make sure that you supply us with your correct email address in order to get all replies and emails from us.  99% of the time, tracking info is included in the email.  WE DO NOT GIVE OUT TRACKING INFO ON THE PHONE.  Do not call for updates on your orders.  All inquiries are handled through email.
  • If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 20% restocking fee on the sales price or $20, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.
  • All orders over $100, all XM Radio receiver units, and all orders going to an unconfirmed Paypal address are sent signature required.  No exceptions.
  • All orders are shipped fully insured by Satellite Radio Warehouse for your safety and security.
     

DOMESTIC HANDLING TIME... Once payment is received we usually ship out the same business day. Weekends and holidays vary. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

EMAILS

This is very important.  Please make sure the email address that you supply to us with your order is the email address you read!  When you email us through our order system, we reply to that email address.  If you are emailing us from a bogus email address, you will get no order info, shipping info or replies to emails sent.

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final.  All purchases are non-returnable, non refundable, unless defective.  A defective unit is an item that does not work properly.  This does not cover scratches, dents, or cosmetic blemishes. 
  • If any parts are missing from your factory sealed packaging, you must contact the manufacturer for those missing parts.  We do not have any control over what is in the package or not.  We just ship what we get from the manufacturer.
  • Any item that is found to be defective within the first 30 days after you receive the item may be replaced through us.  If the item must be returned, please email us for return instructions.  We will email you a RA number and address to return the item to. 
  • All returns are for exchange only, no refunds. 
  • Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing.
  • Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton. Please include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RA# on ALL 6 SIDES of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RMA# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend you use a shipper that provides you with a signature confirmation that we received the item back.
  • Please note that we will ship all exchanges back to you via UPS or FedEx ground, no exceptions.

Damaged Products:
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 24 hours from the date that the merchandise was received. The claim can be initiated by you or a Satellite Radio Warehouse representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper.  Satellite Radio Warehouse will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement. Once you have signed for delivery, you may not be able to file a claim with the delivery company. 

Typographical Errors 

In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description and/or errors in pricing,
Satellite Radio Warehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. If you have made payment through Paypal and your order is canceled, Satellite Radio Warehouse shall immediately issue a full credit to your Paypal account.

Rebates 

Many of the products we sell offer mail-in rebates from the manufacturer. Please note that if the rebate form is not provided to the manufacturer in accordance with their rules, the manufacturer may refuse to honor the rebate, so be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Collection / payment of rebates is solely between the customer and manufacturer.
Satellite Radio Warehouse assume no liability or guaranty of payment of third party rebates. Use of any rebates here is limited to the terms and conditions as determined by the manufacturer. If you have questions on these terms and conditions, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
